Properties of the (adjustable) Noordrek Cantilever
racks:
Strong:
The pillar is composed of two galvanised, telescoped
profiles that have additionally been fixed with firm
popnails. The many foldings within the pillars guarantee
an exceptional stiffness and a large buckling lenghth.
The pillars are available in various sizes and can
thus be used for all kinds of storage needs. Due to
the perforations in the pillars the arrangement of levers
can be adjusted in height each 75 mm.
Safety:
The two trapezoidal, self-locking springs insure simple
and efficient connection and an optimum load transmission.
The system is entirely in accordance to the European standards
(eurocode 3)
Long & heavy:
Noordrek Cantilever racks are available in every length
and appropriate for any loads. With that the Noordrek
system answers perfectly to the requirements and wishes
of those who want to store long and heavy loads. Available
in RAL 1028 colour melon yellow the cantilever racks
may be equipped with additional accessories, such as
end cams, grating panels, material support or cable
drum support.
Support:
An unique system where welding of the support eye becomes
superfluous. This modular regulable system (each 300
mm) allows for standardizing of the support which permits
a smooth supply of the Noordrek racks.
Support eye:
Composed out of galvanised pipes, that are adjusted
in configuration according to load and constant spacing,
the Noordrek system is easy to assemble! The support
pillars, mainly in z-configuration, can be assembled
according to specific installation requirements: Large
altitudes, large spacing, projecting roofs....
Thanks to its dubble anchorage in the ground, the base
garantuees the stability of the rack and at the same
time does service as an extra storage level. The base
is fixed to the pillar by means of 28 bolts which insures
an optimum firmness and steeliness.
In contrast to welded systems Noordrek Cantilever racks
can be dismantled! This facilitates the transport or
maintenance of these racks, thus a basic may be easily
converted to a dubblesized rack or the depth of an existing
rack may be adjusted.
Fender profiles
This security profile in RAL1028 yellow prevents damages
to the base by lifting devices.
